LTS-REACH-OR offers all regulatory support in the framework of the REACH regulation.

As Only Representative, the company supports the non-European companies that have chosen to keep under control the substances registration process introduced by REACh into Europe. Thus the importer's responsibility is therefore transferred to the Only Representative who will have to submit the registration dossier in due time.

As Third Party Representative, LTS-REACH-OR can be named as representative instead of a European manufacturer wishing to keep confidential sensitive information about its business.

We also offer technical support services in regulatory matters as well as any support in the Authorisation process.

LTS-REACH-OR is an only representative company as defined in the Article 8 of the REACH regulation :

Under the framework of the REACH regulation, any European company may hide its identity from the other members of a SIEF by appointing a Third Party Representative company who will act on its behalf. The European authorities shall not disclose the confidential business information that the Third Party Representative submits on its behalf.
