Third Party Representative

Under the framework of the REACH regulation, any European company may hide its identity from the other members of a SIEF by appointing a Third Party Representative company who will act on its behalf. The European authorities shall not disclose the confidential business information that the Third Party Representative submits on its behalf.

LTS-REACH-OR also offers Third Party Representative (TPR) Services. Thus, we can keep confidential our client sensitive business data from their competitors.

A TPR service means:

• Representing you in the SIEF and Consortia
• Collecting information from other actors involved in the supply chain
• Acting as a trustee
• Assisting you in taking the Lead of the SIEF or Consortia (if necessary)
