Authorisation

The aim of the authorisation process is to ensure the good functioning of the European market while assuring that the risks from substances of very high concern are properly controlled and that these substances are progressively replaced by suitable alternative substances or technologies where these are economically and technically viable.

LTS-REACH-OR offers services allowing to any REACH actor impacted by the REACH authorisation requirements to continue its business into E.U. Indeed, since December 2011, the European authorities have admitted that an Only Representative is fully capable to provide any support services for the authorisation process. LTS-REACH-OR has immediately developed a service for supporting all customers in their proceedings and tasks required in the framework of REACH authorisation process.

Our supports includes, among others: the substance management of  eligible ones to the candidate list, substances already in that list or are being assessed in this purpose, the communication to each actor of the supply chain, exchanges with authorities…
