Extended Services

These services can be provided by our EH&S partner companies or any other companies you wish to work with:

• Support you for initial assessment of the position of your substances, preparations and articles into REACH and advise you on the best strategy to be ready for pre-registration.
• Assist you in the set-up of your information system (electronic collaboration platform, document management system) in order to facilitate the communication of dossiers and information between you, your partners, your customers (down stream users) and the regulatory authorities.
• Assist you to form consortia including legal advice.
• Assist you to guaranty your company security with regard to
• Liability
• Protection of your sensitive data
• Meet completion laws
• Represent you in the SIEF and consortia when you wish to take an active part in the expertise and decisions and advise you on the legal, scientific as well as technical aspects to preserve your rights (cost sharing). This may include training of the relevant people in your team and review of the substance portfolio.
• Be your third party representative
• Be your trustee services if you consider that some of your data required to comply legislation are Confidential Business Information.
• Perform any task required to fill your dossier as data gap analysis, bibliographical search, study summary entered into IUCLID5 , proposal for further studies to be submitted to ECHA, study monitoring, position paper, defense for classification, writing of Chemical Safety assessment /Chemical Safety Reports (CSA/CSR).
• Provide a secure IT-platform for the expert tools used in the REACH registration process: IUCLID5, ES/CSA/CSR tools (EUSES, ECETOC, TRA), Substance Information Management systems, Downstream User communication tools, …
